How It Works

1. Receive Your Complimentary Laundry Bag

Give us a call or send us a message and we’ll deliver you a free laundry bag so you can get started. Don’t want to wait for a bag? No problem! Use any bag for your first order, and we’ll return your clean, freshly folded laundry in your complimentary bag.

2. Fill Your Bag

Fill up your bag with your laundry, including shirts, pants, socks, sleepwear, sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Please note that Dry Clean Only and specialty items will be cleaned at a separate cost.

Once your bag is full, choose whichever is most convenient: schedule a free delivery and leave it at your door for pickup, or drop it off to any of our four locations.

3. We Wash, Dry, and Fold with Care

Your laundry is professionally washed, dried, and neatly folded by our team. We use laundry soaps free from harsh or abrasive chemicals so your garments and linens come back clean, soft, and refreshed. We handle every load with attention and care so your clothes look, feel, and smell their best.

4. Pick Up or Free Delivery

Once your laundry is ready, we’ll notify you. You can pick it up in-store or enjoy free delivery straight to your door. No extra fees, subscriptions, or surprises.

• How much is Premier Laundry Service?

  Our premier wash and fold laundry service is just $3.00 per pound, with a 10-pound minimum.
  Dry Clean Only or specialty garments will be billed separately at their standard rates.

• Do I need a special bag to get started?

  Nope! For your first order, you can use any bag you have on hand. We'll return your clean laundry in your complimentary Benzinger’s laundry bag for future use.
