Fill your bag(s) with your laundry. You can schedule a free pickup at your doorstep or drop it off to any of our locations.
Our expert team will Wash, Dry, & Fold your garments. We use only the best rated professional laundry soaps, with no harsh chemicals.
We will notify you when your laundry is ready. Rush service is available. Pickup in store or we will deliver right to your door. Delivery is always free!

Simply send in your laundry using our complimentary laundry bags, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your items are washed, dried, and neatly folded, then returned to you in a clean laundry bag.

We strive to preserve the life of your garments by using warm water and medium heat drying settings. These settings may not be suitable for all clothing. Sending items for Wash & Fold is at the customer’s discretion to determine if they are appropriate for this service.

Standard Wash & Fold turnaround time is 2 business days.
Rush Service is available for an additional $5.50 rush fee, subject to availability.

On-Demand Wash & Fold: $3.00 per pound with a 10-lb minimum
Subscription Plans: Pricing is based on the number of bags included per month. Additional bags are $19.99 per bag. There is no minimum or maximum amount of laundry for this service.

Laundry may be dropped off at any of our four locations in Hamburg, Orchard Park, East Aurora, or Lancaster. You may also schedule a pickup online or by calling or texting us.

Benzinger’s Laundry Club is a monthly subscription laundry service. Each plan include a set number of laundry bags per month. Any additional bags are billed at $19.99 per bag.

Yes! We ask that all laundry be sent using the provided bags with the account holder’s information. Any additional bag charges will be applied to the card on file.
